my key contributions & responsibilities

    • worked closely with a graphic designer to develop visuals for the in-store displays

    • made sure all displays followed Chanel’s visual guidelines to keep the in-store look consistent and premium

    • coordinated the design, production and distribution of in-store display units and testers

    • visited stores to check that everything was set up correctly and looked on-brand

    • acted as the main contact for retailers, building strong relationships to keep the project running smoothly

    • communicated detailed campaign briefs, merchandising guidelines and operational procedures to retailer management and shop floor teams

    • shared clear campaign briefs and visual guidelines with store managers and floor staff
